Jungle Giants Safaris – Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation by Jungle Giants Safaris.
- A deposit (as specified per package) is required to secure your reservation. Full payment must be completed before the start of the safari.
- Prices may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, supplier adjustments, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the safari package and service providers. Please review the specific package details for refund eligibility.
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing to Jungle Giants Safaris.
- Refunds, if applicable, will follow the policies of our suppliers and may be subject to service charges.
- No refunds will be issued for unused services once the safari has commenced.
3. Travel Documents and Requirements
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documents.
- Jungle Giants Safaris is not liable for losses due to failure to obtain necessary documents.
- Guests must comply with health, safety, and entry regulations of each East African country visited.
4. Changes and Amendments
- Jungle Giants Safaris reserves the right to adjust itineraries, accommodations, or transport due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, park regulations).
- Where changes are necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to provide similar alternatives.
- Any additional costs arising from changes requested by the traveler will be borne by the traveler.
5. Liability and Responsibility
- Jungle Giants Safaris acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers (lodges, airlines, transport providers, etc.) and is not liable for accidents, delays, injuries, or damages caused by these third parties.
- Travelers are responsible for their personal safety, belongings, and adherence to local laws during the safari.
- Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
6. Force Majeure
- Jungle Giants Safaris is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government regulations.
7. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your data for travel arrangements.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ugandan courts or other competent jurisdictions, unless otherwise agreed.
